The staff at Knell has been supportive, gracious, and extremely customer-focused when dealing with my dad's cremation. I am out of state and they have bent over backwards assisting me with paperwork with the VA, Social Security, posting the obituary in the local paper, and obtaining death certificates. Always extremely responsive to my emails, communication has been fantastic. They have also been a tremendous help (and buffer) when dealing with a Joplin cemetery staff where my father's family plot is located--the staff there were focused on pushing a sale and just rude. Knell Mortuary handled much of the communication with their staff so I did not have to during a difficult time. Thank you, Keith and Joe!
